課程目標
Human-computer interaction (HCI) design describes the
way a person (or "user") accomplishes tasks with a computer -- what
the user does and how the computer responds. Sometimes known as "interface
design," HCI design becomes increasingly important as the number of
computers and computer-based appliances used by non-specialists in homes, work
environments, schools, and libraries continues to rise. In fact, it is now
generally recognized that the nature and quality of user interactions are
considerations that should be integral to the entire software design and
development process. In
simplest terms, this course attempts to be as specific as possible about the
major concepts of interaction design, pointing out generalizations across
different applications whenever possible.
